Rooms and rates Rates quoted include accommodation for two people, English or Continental breakfast and VAT @ 17.5%

Rates for single occupancy are given on enquiry.

Requests for a particular room will be accommodated whenever possible but cannot be guaranteed.

Restaurant Our restaurant is open for dinner Friday, Saturday, Sunday and additionally on Thursday in July and August. Tables cannot be guaranteed unless pre-booked.
Bookings and Deposits Initial enquiries are not deemed to be binding to either party.

Whenever feasible the hotel is happy to hold a room for up to 24 hours whilst travel arrangements are confirmed.

Once the reservation is accepted, a non-refundable deposit equivalent to the first night is payable by credit card to confirm the booking.

Cancellations/Curtailment In the event of cancellation/curtailment every attempt will be made to re-let accommodation. However in line with industry standards where a room is not re-let we operate the following policy:-

48 hours 100%
2 – 14 days 66%
15+ days deposit only

Deposits are not refundable. No reduction is made for meals not taken. We strongly advise guests whose plans may be subject to change to take out holiday insurance.

Settlement of accounts The hotel accepts most credit and debit cardsĀ but notĀ Amex or Diners. Personal cheques supported only to level of guarantee card…. and of course sterling itself.

Payment on account is by prior agreement.

Children We regret that the hotel does not accept children under 13.
Smoking There is a non-smoking policy in all bedrooms.
Dogs Sadly our two cats object to visiting dogs.
Parking The hotel has a small private car park for residents.
Early/Late arrivals If you plan to arrive before 4 pm or after 9 PM please advise at the time of booking.
